Ordering from Us
When ordering from Holly's Kitchen it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. we cannot be held responsible for non delivery should your details be inaccurate or incomplete. All of our items are handmade and slight variations may occur in colour, size and shape. the handmade process is what makes each of our products unique and should not be seen as a fault.

Payments & Pricing
All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and do not include VAT. The prices quoted for our goods are subject to change at any time and we therefore reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. Online payments are currently handled by PayPal and WorldPay both of which are secure. You do not need an account with Paypal or Worldpay in order to make a payment. We cannot be help responsible for any fees or charges incurred by you from your bank or credit card company in relation to the processing of any order made with us. No card details are stored by us.

Cancelling an order
You have 14 days starting the day after you receive your goods in order to cancel an order. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email or letter. Please note that custom made or personalised items are exempt from this and can only be returned if faulty. For more information on returning an item please see our delivery and returns page.
