Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch items within 7 days of receiving your order (Excludes made to measure & bespoke items). We are unable to specify a particular delivery time however you will receive an update once your order has been dispatched which will include the method of shipping, an estimate of delivery time and any tracking information if relevant to your order. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas & Sales) delivery may take longer than expected so please bear this in mind when placing an order.

We use the most appropriate delivery service for your order and use Royal mail as well as several courier firms. The majority of our deliveries will require a signature. For details please email hello@hollyskitchen.co.uk.

Returns

We hope that your shopping experience with us will be problem free however we do understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please contact us for any help with your return by email hello@hollyskitchen.co.uk or by telephone on 07551959977. We are unable to cover the return postage cost of unwanted items. The safety of the item shall remain your responsibility until it is received in good condition by ourselves. We strongly advise that you use a postage service that fully covers you for the value of the returned item/s. Please return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition.  If you would like to return your purchase, please include your name, address and order reference, and send to:

Once your return has been received in perfect saleable condition we will refund you the full purchase price of the item plus original postage paid. The refund will be via your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

We hope that your items reach you in perfect condition however understand that damage does occur and aim to help resolve any issues you have as quickly as possible. For help with any damaged or faulty item please email hello@hollyskitchen.co.uk or call 07551959977. You must notify us of any damages to your order within 72 hours of receipt by letter or email.  If possible and to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible please send photographs of your order when you contact us.

Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on the following items:

Unwanted items returned after 14 days from the day of receipt. 
Damaged items not notified to us by letter or email within 72 hours of receipt.
Made to measure and bespoke items unless faulty.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
