This Privacy Policy sets out how Holly's Kitchen collects, uses and protects your information. At Holly's Kitchen we are committed to maintaining your privacy. When you place an order with us you will need to provide some personal information for delivery e.g. name, address, email address. This information is used to process your order and notify you about your order. If you contact Holly's Kitchen we may keep a record of that correspondence.

 

How we store information and how long we keep it for

 Information provided to Holly's Kitchen is held securely and only accessible by designated staff. Information will only held for as long as is required by law for tax reporting purposes. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure; although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your data will not be shared with a third party other than those involved in the processing of your order (e.g. courier companies)or  where legally obliged to do so.
